Evil Eye is an aide of Mister Mind and enemy of Captain Marvel, who has the power to hypnotize someone into an obedient servant by making direct eye contact.

The Evil Eye is also the codename of both Schmidt, a Nazi foe of General Glory and the Justice League International, and his spherical airship.

Another character named Evil Eye is Wilfred "Eddie" Parker, a bully at Bart Allen's school; Manchester Junior High School. His father is a mediocre super villain and his grandfather is Dr. Morlo, an evil scientist and enemy of Max Mercury and the JSA. Eddie's mean-spirited behavior was a front to cover up his natural cowardice and lack of friends.

Evil Eye was created by Otto Binder and C.C. Beck, first appearing in Captain Marvel Adventures #41 (1944). Schmidt was created by Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Linda Medley, first appearing in Justice League America #46 (1990). Eddie Parker was created by Mark Waid and Ruben Diaz, first appearing in Impulse #27 (1997).
