Only two individuals have the phone number to access the Super-Computer that being Superman and the President of Tri-State Bell Phone Company.[3]
Prime Earth
Superman's Super-Computer was located in the old control room of the Hall of Justice. It was more useful before the invention of cell phones and, therefore, was tucked away.[4]
