The Run-Offs are a support group for former Gotham City super-villains that were captured by Batman and did their time, hoping to start a new a life in Bludhaven.
History
They hold weekly meetings, sometimes in costume, to talk through their problems.[1]
The group then ran into a problem when one of their members, Gorilla Grimm, was arrested on a murder charge that he swore that he did not commit, requesting the help of the vigilante Nightwing, who came to Bludhaven for a fresh start as well.[2]

Notes
- Most of the Run-Offs are the Prime Earth versions of super-villains whom the New Earth version of Nightwing encountered during his early days in Bludhaven, with most of them at some point working for the Blockbuster.
