Arrowverse
In the Arrowverse Multiverse, this dimension was discovered by Earth-1 Ray Palmer when he shrunk for the first time using his exo-suit.[3][4]
During the Crisis, after the Rebirth of the Multiverse, Palmer and Ryan Choi created a device that could eternally shrink the Anti-Monitor, so Supergirl used it on him, stucking him in the Microverse for all the eternity.[4]
