History
The weapon was seized from the Epoch's arsenal by the Army and kept in a secret vault at the Pentagon until it was activated by Dr. Ivo and T.O. Morrow to test the abilities of their newest creation. The weapon caused destruction in several cities around the country, but Batman managed to obtain the necessary information to deactivate it.
Then the Tomorrow Woman flew through the electromagnetic field generated by the machine to create an electromagnetic pulse strong enough to disable the hard drive core; however, the resulting explosion ended up killing her. Shortly after, the weapon was stored in the trophy room of the Watchtower.
Capabilities
It can manipulate the quantum field, being able to absorb and manipulate incalculable amounts of energy and use it for a variety of effects such as creating explosive blasts, force fields, creating electromagnetic phenomena, disabling electronics and much more.It can also absorb matter, as seen during the fight against the Justice League; the weapon absorbed the cars[1] that were around it.
IF is equipped with preset war modes and doesn't have an artificial intelligence.
